These terms explain how access, accounts, payments and purchases work.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of Orbhue.com, Orbhue Early Access passes, Orbhue digital access, optional shop purchases, in-game upgrades, account features and related services.
Orbhue is created and operated from the United Kingdom and is published for worldwide access. By using Orbhue, creating an account, subscribing, purchasing digital items or accessing the platform, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Orbhue, create an account, buy access or make purchases through the platform.

Orbhue is an evolving digital world where players may access a persistent online platform, create or use accounts, interact with digital systems, buy access monthly and purchase optional digital upgrades or items.
Digital Access
Orbhue access is digital. Features, worlds, accounts, upgrades and in-game items are delivered electronically through the platform.
Early Access pass
Orbhue Early Access is currently offered as a £19.99 one-off Lifetime Pass unless updated or replaced by another plan shown at checkout.
Optional Purchases
Optional shop items, upgrades, cosmetics, unlocks and in-game purchases may be offered separately from the Lifetime Pass.
Fair Use
Users must not abuse the platform, exploit systems, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services or misuse digital content.
1. About Orbhue
Orbhue is a digital platform created in the United Kingdom and published worldwide. It may include online access, account systems, multiplayer features, AI citizens, digital progression, optional purchases, shop items, in-game upgrades and evolving platform features.
Orbhue is actively developed. Features may be added, changed, improved, removed, adjusted or replaced over time to improve the platform, security, stability, balance, user experience and long-term development.
2. Accounts and access
To use certain areas of Orbhue, you may need to create an account, buy access, log in or provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
You must not share, sell, transfer, exploit or misuse your account in a way that harms Orbhue, other users, payment providers, platform systems or digital services.

Orbhue Early Access is currently offered as a £19.99 lifetime pass. The price, billing cycle, access period and payment method will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
One-off payment
The current Early Access price is £19.99 one-off unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout or offered through an official promotion.
Future plan
Future paid plans, if introduced, will be clearly shown before purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel your lifetime pass to stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund a billing period already started or used.
3. Optional shop purchases and in-game upgrades
Orbhue may offer optional digital items, shop products, cosmetics, upgrades, unlocks, account features, in-game items or other digital content. These purchases are optional and separate from the base lifetime pass unless clearly stated.
By completing an optional purchase, you confirm that you are the account owner or have the account owner’s consent to make that purchase.
4. Payments and payment providers
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including services such as WooCommerce, WooPayments, PayPal, card processors, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or other supported providers shown at checkout.
You agree to comply with the payment provider’s own terms, policies and requirements. Orbhue may refuse, cancel, suspend or review transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorised, high-risk, disputed, non-compliant or in breach of provider rules.

Users must use Orbhue lawfully, fairly and responsibly. The platform may restrict access where behaviour harms the service, other users, accounts, payment systems, technical systems or Orbhue’s operation.
No abuse
You must not harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, spam, attack, disrupt or interfere with Orbhue, its users, systems or services.
No cheating
You must not use bots, exploits, hacks, unauthorised automation, modified clients or unfair methods to gain access, items or benefits.
No illegal use
You must not use Orbhue for illegal activity, unauthorised access, payment fraud, data misuse, harmful content or prohibited transactions.
5. Early access and changing features
Orbhue may be offered as an early access or evolving digital platform. This means features may still be in development and may change as the platform improves.
Orbhue does not guarantee that every feature, item, system, upgrade, progression path, balance value, visual effect, mechanic or digital component will remain unchanged forever.
6. Availability, downtime and maintenance
Orbhue aims to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, security work, hosting, internet issues, third-party providers or technical problems.
Orbhue may pause, limit or change access where needed to protect the platform, users, data, payment systems, gameplay balance, legal compliance or service stability.

Orbhue, including its name, designs, code, artwork, systems, concepts, world design, text, UI, digital items, platform features and related content, is protected by intellectual property rights unless otherwise stated.

Limited access
A purchase gives digital access or use rights. It does not transfer ownership of Orbhue software, systems or intellectual property.
No copying
You must not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, exploit or reproduce Orbhue content without permission.
7. User content and account activity
If Orbhue allows users to create names, messages, profiles, chat, uploads, designs, interactions or other content, you are responsible for the content connected to your account.
You must not upload, share or create content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, fraudulent, infringing, sexually exploitative, harmful, malicious, misleading or otherwise unsafe for the platform.
8. Refunds, returns and cancellations
Refunds, returns and cancellations are handled under Orbhue’s Refunds & Returns Policy. Because Orbhue is a digital access and digital item platform, access and delivery status may affect refund eligibility.
You should review the Refunds & Returns Policy before buying optional upgrades or items. Nothing in these terms removes legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Orbhue may refuse or restrict products, purchases, content or account activity that could breach law, card-network rules, payment-provider policies, platform rules or acceptable-use requirements.

Orbhue may review transactions to meet payment-provider, card-network, anti-fraud, chargeback and account-risk requirements.
Restricted activity
Orbhue may reject or remove activity connected to fraud, illegal goods, harmful content, prohibited services, abuse or high-risk misuse.
Account action
Accounts may be suspended, limited or closed where needed for safety, legal compliance, payment rules or breach of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
Orbhue is provided as a digital platform. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Orbhue is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, device issues, third-party service failures, internet issues, payment-provider delays or user misuse.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
10. Suspension and termination
Orbhue may suspend, restrict or terminate access where a user breaches these terms, misuses the platform, creates payment risk, causes technical harm, attempts unauthorised access, abuses other users or violates applicable law.
Where reasonable, Orbhue may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue. Serious breaches, fraud, security threats or illegal activity may result in immediate action.
